FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage multiple job sites and engage in company meetings
• Familiar with Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project
• Customer relations involving project owners, engineers, managers, and other subcontractors
• Work independently in the field with little to no supervision required
• A belief that customers are to be educated, informed, and guided by recommendations
• Close files and complete jobs on multiple projects at the same time
• Quality control including post job checklists and photo documentation
• Job site situational awareness
• Able to follow instructions
• Reading blueprints & clearly communicating
• Managing job crew times in and out
• Aware of labor production goals
• Monitor field crew, cell phone and electronic usage during work hours, vehicles, and job sites
• Job site and in house facility safety meetings i.e. toolbox talks
• Creating solutions to challenges are viewed as opportunities to grow

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Have a strong understanding of plumbing systems (waste, water, vents, gas)

• Able to read mechanical/plumbing blueprints, specs, and bid tabulations, if needed.
• Calm leadership
• Show up every day
• Communicating clearly

Familiar with local building codes and inspectors (IPC, UPC, etc.)
