FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work Multiple Jobsites
- Familiar with Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project is preferred
- Limited interaction with project owners, engineers, managers, and other subcontractors
- Work independently in the field with little to no supervision required
- A belief that customers are to be educated, informed, and guided by recommendations
- Close files and complete jobs on multiple projects at the same time
- Quality control including post job checklists and photo documentation
- Job site situational awareness
- Able to follow instructions
- Reading blueprints & clearly communicating
- Managing job crew times in and out
- Aware of labor production goals
- Monitor field crew, cell phone and electronic usage during work hours, vehicles, and job sites
- Job site and in house facility safety meetings i.e. toolbox talks
- Creating solutions to challenges are viewed as opportunities to grow

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Have a strong understanding of plumbing systems (waste, water, vents, gas)
- Able to read mechanical/plumbing blueprints, specs, and bid tabulations, if needed.
- Calm leadership
- Show up every day
- Communicating clearly
Familiar with local building codes and inspectors (IPC, UPC, etc.)
